1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India, including metro and non-metro locations.
  • Our logistics partners ensure safe and timely delivery of your Balance 9 Planet™ products.
  • (International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned on our Instagram @balance9planet for updates.)

 2. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to track your shipment.

 3. Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes: Metro Cities: 3–5 working days Non-Metro & Tier-2 Cities: 5–7 working days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days
  • Delays may occur during festivals, lockdowns, or courier disruptions, which are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1499.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a nominal ₹60 handling fee applies.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched:
  • You’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.
  • You can track your order anytime through our courier partner’s link or by visiting the “Track Order” section on our website.

6. Packaging Standards

Every Balance 9 Planet™ product is packed in tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging to preserve product purity and prevent damage during transit.

7. Wrong / Damaged Product Delivery

  • In rare cases where you receive: A wrong product, A damaged/leaking pack, or Missing item(s)
  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 support@balance9planet.com with order ID and clear photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement after verification.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hours of placement by contacting our customer support.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

9. Delivery Partner

We ship through trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post — ensuring timely delivery and complete tracking transparency.
